A Thousand and One Dreams

Combining the black and white photography of Marco Guerra and the ink drawings of Yasmina Alaoui these works are exquisite in their intricacy and composition. See them all at their site. NSFW. LINK

Body Tatoos :: Kim Joon

These works by Kim Joon aren't actual tatoos, nor are they body painting. They are computer generated, right down to the texture of the skin. But being from a culture where tattoos are taboo, he sees tattos as a metaphor and inspiration. See all of his work at his site. NSFW. LINK

Body Painting :: Freeone

Russian airbrush artist Freeone creates some pretty amazing body paintings, well photographed too. See them all at his site. NSFW. LINK

Nude Suits :: Matthew Glover

Fleshmap

This is an infographics project that depicts how often body parts are mentioned in varying genres of music. Shown here is Rock. Needless to say, Hip Hop has an entirely different hierarchy. NSFW. LINK

Artificial Paradise, Inc.

This experimental film shows what a world might be like with organic virtual reality storing memories. Pretty cool graphics that should be watched in full screen mode. LINK

CG Sphere Project

This project has been ongoing for years now, and I'm sure there have been a ton of great uploads since I checked it out in depth back in 2007. Simply put, 3D rendering artists download a template of a sphere against a grid background then let their imaginations go wild and upload the results. See more at the site. LINK

White Box

This is a very sweet animated piece, complex in its components but simple in its geometry. Well worth the watch. LINK

the Third & the Seventh

This clip may seem pretty slow if you didn't know that all of it is CG animation, with just a few exceptions of the photographer shot against a green screen and a handful of doves. But knowing that the detail in the textures in the architectural elements, the mechanics in the close ups of cameras, not to mention the natural elements are all computer generated, it is simply amazing.

This is another one that is best viewed in full-screen mode. It's 12.5 minutes in length so if you don't have time to view it now, set aside the link for when your life could use some serenity. LINK

3D Photography :: Szymon Roginski

This Polish photographer has done some 3D models using his fashion photography. See them all at his site. Scroll down through the O MIA O selection in his fashion work. LINK
