I'm so glad Jim took the time to share with us the pancakes he creates for his daughter. My sister and I tried a bit of this when we were kids so I know how tough it is to create shapes with batter on a griddle but some of Jim's three-dimensional creations are far beyond anything we ever imagined. This is a must see.
